No, we operate Monday - Friday (not including Bank holidays).
8am – 6pm (dusk in winter). It is an all day appointment but the inspector will call when on his way.
No we will collect from any address in the UK.
You will need to contact your lease provider to discuss this.
It is best for you to be present as there may be damages found on your vehicle, however anyone over the age of 18 can sign on your behalf.
Insurance of your vehicle is your responsibility until it is collected and removed from your premises.
We will take the vehicle on the day unless there are more than four vehicles in one location, then they will be transported.
If 3 vehicles or less they will be driven away on the day if more than 4 they will be moved on a transporter.
You will need to speak to your lease provider.
Yes your vehicle needs a valid mot to be driven away on the day.
Appointments can be cancelled upto 4pm the previous working day, if cancelled in this time frame there will not be a charge. Any cancellations after 4 PM or on the day will result in a cancellation fee being charged.
Yes or you will be charged for its removal.
No these can be returned with the vehicle.
